Refund and Returns Policy

Prohat Express Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide the best service to our customers. Refunds will be applicable in case of defective or wrongly delivered products.

Eligibility for Refund:

Wrong products, defective, or damaged products.

Mismatch between the ordered product and the delivered product.

Refund Policy Rules:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
  2. Send complaints with product images and order numbers to prohathelp@gmail.com .
  3. The delivery cost for returning the product must be borne by the customer.

Refund Process:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Not Applicable For:

Digital products or services.

Custom orders or special offers, in certain cases.
